1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using any mobile game or application published by ZikaraX Games and connected to the ZX Games Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the apps.
2. Use of the Apps
You may use our apps for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, exploit, attack, or interfere with the apps, servers, leaderboards, authentication systems, or related services.
3. User Accounts
Some features may require authentication using Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, email/password, or another supported Firebase Authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account provider.
We are not responsible for lost access caused by third-party account restrictions, provider issues, deleted accounts, or device problems.
4. Nicknames and Public Information
If you choose a nickname or public display name, it may appear in leaderboards, rankings, groups, challenges, or other social features. You must not use offensive, abusive, misleading, illegal, or impersonating names.
5. Leaderboards and Scores
Our apps may include local and online leaderboards. Scores may be stored in Firebase/Firestore and associated with your Firebase Authentication user ID.
We may remove suspicious, fraudulent, impossible, abusive, or manipulated scores. We may also adjust or reset leaderboards when required by bugs, technical changes, balancing updates, or security issues.
6. ZX Hub and Future Features
Future versions of the ZX ecosystem may include ZX Hub, groups, clans, families, friends, achievements, XP, rewards, cross-game challenges, events, and profile features. These features may be added, changed, limited, or removed at any time.
7. Advertising
Our apps may display advertisements. Advertising may be provided by Google AdMob or other advertising partners. We are not responsible for third-party ad content, external websites, or services promoted through advertisements.
8. In-App Purchases
Some apps may include in-app purchases in the future. If purchases are added, they will be processed by Google Play, Apple App Store, or another official platform provider.
9. Intellectual Property
All app names, designs, code, graphics, gameplay implementations, text, branding, and related materials belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, resell, or use our apps or assets outside the permissions granted by these Terms.
10. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, discontinue, or modify any app or feature at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that online services, leaderboards, ads, authentication, or cloud features will always be available.
11. No Warranty
The apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every device.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the apps.
13. Account or Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your app-related data through the app menu or our Data Deletion page. Deletion may permanently remove scores, progress, profiles, and related records.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
