1. Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile games and applications published by ZikaraX Games and connected to the ZX Games Platform. It covers Android and iPhone versions when available.
The ZX ecosystem is designed to support multiple games using shared accounts, game profiles, local and global leaderboards, and future cross-game features such as challenges, friends, groups, achievements, and profiles.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on the app version, platform, and features used, we may collect or process:
- Firebase Authentication user ID;
- nickname or public display name;
- game scores, difficulty levels, leaderboard entries, and related gameplay statistics;
- game progress, selected settings, preferences, skins, or app version;
- technical app and device information used for ads, analytics, diagnostics, or security;
- group, family, clan, challenge, or social feature data when these features are added.
3. Authentication
Some features may require authentication. Depending on your device and app version, supported sign-in methods may include Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, email/password, or other Firebase Authentication providers.
We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication and the selected identity provider.
4. Firebase and Firestore
We use Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, to store user profiles, game progress, and leaderboard data. The same Firebase user ID may be used across multiple ZX games so your account and leaderboard identity can remain consistent.
5. Leaderboards and Public Data
Online leaderboards may display public information such as nickname, game name, score, difficulty level, rank, and gameplay metrics. We avoid showing private information such as email addresses in public rankings.
6. Advertising
Our apps may display ads using Google AdMob or similar advertising services. Advertising providers may collect device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location, and usage data to provide, measure, and improve ads.
Ad personalization may depend on your device settings, Google account settings, Apple privacy settings, or consent options available in your region.
7. Analytics and Diagnostics
We may use analytics and crash reporting tools to understand app performance, detect bugs, improve gameplay, and maintain app stability. These tools may collect technical information such as app version, device type, operating system, crash logs, and usage events.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by third-party service providers such as Firebase, Google, Apple, AdMob, analytics providers, or hosting services, only as necessary to operate and improve the apps.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our apps are intended for a general audience unless a specific app states otherwise. If you believe that a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and delete the information when applicable.
10. Data Retention
We retain user data for as long as necessary to provide app functionality, leaderboards, account features, legal compliance, and security. Some data may remain in aggregated or non-identifying form.
11. Delete My Data
You may request deletion of your app-related data through the app menu when available or by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page. Deletion may permanently remove your profile, scores, progress, and related app data.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
